East Course

Designed by George Fazio in 1969, the East Course captures the beauty of Central Pennsylvania's countryside at each and every hole.

As Hershey's longest and most challenging course, the East Course remains a favorite for golfers of the highest skill-level. Players will enjoy elevated greens, three sparkling lakes, and more than 100 bunkers through which to maneuver.

Golf Details:

Register as a single golfer to be placed in a group, or register as a foursome.
Single golfer price: $130
Foursome registration price: $520
Start time: 1:00pm shotgun start
You may also register to sponsor a contest prize, as a donation from you or your company

Golf Registration Includes:

Boxed Lunch (if requested upon registration)
Club rentals (if requested upon registration - $75 for all types and sets)
Beverage Cart
Entrance into Course Contests
Access to Farewell Reception- hosted bar and hors d'oeuvres

Course Contests:

1st and 2nd place teams
1st place: Closest to pin (on Par 3s)
1st place: longest put (hole 18)

*more contests may be offered depending on final number of golfers*

Sponsorship and Prize Donations:

If you or your company is interested in donating a prize for these contests, please register your prizes using the Golf registration, and use the "Contest Prize Donation" option. With more donations, more course contests will be offered!

Golf equipment or memorabilia

Flask sets
Coolers
Barware
Cigars and cigar cutters

Hole and Beverage Cart Sponsorship:

Interested in some advertising during the Golf Outing? Register to sponsor a hole or the beverage cart!

Dress Code:

All golfers, guests, volunteers, and vendors are expected to adhere to the Club's dress code policy. Any person not properly dressed will not be allowed to play golf or participate in the outing:

Males: must wear sleeved shirts with collar- either traditional collar or mock (more than 1 1/4 inch collar)
Females- cannot wear tank tops or halter tops
Shorts must be 17 inches or longer
Denim of any kind; t-shirts; tank tops; cut-offs; and tennis, running or athletic attire is inappropriate
Non-metal spiked shoes are required on the Golf Course at all times.

Farewell Reception Details:

Location: Castilian Sundeck at the Hotel Hershey

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Join fellow golfers and Convention attendees as we close out the 114th Convention! All golfers are welcome to attend, please indicate your plans for the reception when you register. Transportation to and from the Hotel Hershey will be provided.
