IF REGISTERING ADDITIONAL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES: When filling out the registration form, input your information, include any guests who will not be with you at your booth such as children you'll be bringing. If you are including additional booth representatives, click "Add Guest" at the bottom of the form. Enter their information on the next page and click "Done". If you'd like to enter additional booth representatives, repeat these steps. Only four booth representatives will be allowed per booth. Booth Pricing
- Member rate: $1,500 (includes 1 staff person)
- Additional staff $595 per additional person (member)
- Non-member rate: $2,000 (includes 1 staff person)
- Additional staff $695 per additional person (non-member)
Guest Pricing (members and non-members)
- Guest rate: $595(Spouses, non-company guests, children 13 and over)
- Children's rate: 12 years and younger: $250

Exhibitor Registration Includes:
- Full registration for 1 company staff member

- $50 plus applicable taxes for electric hookup *NOTE - If you need electric at your booth, select Electric Hook-up option when registering. There are NO guarantees that we can upgrade on site.
- Your company description of 100 words or less printed in Convention program
- Convention attendee list updates prior to the start of Convention
Exhibitor registration includes access to the following events:
- Continental Breakfasts
- Lunches
- All refreshment breaks
- Welcome Reception on Sunday evening
- Chairman's Dinner on Monday evening
- Opportunity to participate in door prize drawing: prizes drawn on Tuesday morning.
- Access to discounted room rate
- Name tag with exhibitor identification
- Exhibitors will receive a 20% discount on advertisements in the Convention program. Those that sponsor and exhibit will receive a 30% discount on advertisements. NOTE: PAMIC is not responsible for designing or providing company ads.
- 1/4 page advertisement: $160 (normally $200)
- 1/2 page advertisement: $220 (normally $300)
- Full page advertisement: $400 (normally $500)
*Advertisement specs:
1/4 page: 2.75 x 4.25
1/2 page: 4.25 x 5.5
Full page: 5.5 x 8.5
*all ads should have a .125 bleed and be minimum 600 dpi

How will my booth be assigned?
PAMIC will take 3 things into account when assigning booths:
- Exhibitors that also sponsor the PAMIC Convention will get priority booth placement
- Date of registration will be taken into account when assigning booth placement
- PAMIC Members and companies that have a history of exhibiting with the PAMIC Convention will also receive priority booth placement
- **You will receive your booth number by Monday, July 21st via email.

Exhibitor Schedule:
Sunday, 3pm-7pm: Exhibitor Set-Up
Sunday, 5pm-7pm: Welcome Reception
Monday, 7am-3:30pm: Exhibit Hall Hours, General Sessions, PA Annual meeting.
Monday, 5:30pm-10pm: Chairman's Reception, Dinner & Entertainment
Tuesday, 7am - 11:15pm: Door prize drawings and exhibit hall hours
Tuesday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm: Golf Outing at Saucon Valley Golf Course (separate registration required)
Shipping:
You may ship booth items to the Wind Creek Resort, to arrive up to 7 days prior to the start of Convention.
A charge, currently $5.00 per box, will be assessed to cover the administration of receiving, tracking, and storage of each item.
To ensure prompt delivery, all materials should be addressed as follows:

NOTE:
- Deliveries will be accepted starting July 28th. Any early shipments will be charged $250 Shipping and Handling/storage fee.

**NOTE: Please do NOT label items to be delivered to Wind Creek event center, all items MUST be addressed to Wind Creek Bethlehem**

Please ensure at the end of your event, that items that need to be shipped back to another location, are packaged and labeled for ground pickups such as FedEx and UPS. Wind Creek will not search inside packages for the labels.

The vendor is responsible to contact the freight company at the end of the event for the freight pickup.

All freight pickups must have Bill of Landing paperwork included with the pallet/pallets.

The freight company doing the pickup must be marked on the BOL.

Vendors are responsible to arrange for pickup of the freight within 48 hours of the end of event or incur a $250 handling/storage charge.

Policies & Deadlines:
- Please note: Sponsorship is separate from Exhibiting. Separate registration is required for sponsorship. To become a sponosor: click here.
- Exhibit space is not a secure location- do not leave valuables (laptops, money boxes, prizes, etc) at your table. PAMIC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Registration and payment must be made by Friday, June 20, 2025.
- Cancellation date of Friday, June 20, 2025. Cancellations made before this date will receive a refund of paid exhibit fees minus a $175 administrative fee.
- The deadline for submitted program advertisements is Friday, June 20, 2025.
- Please send 250-300 marketing items for attendee bags to the PAMIC office, to the attention of Lora Sharp by Friday, June 20, 2025: 4999 Louise Drive, Suite 304, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
- Please note, any exhibitor signups submitted after 5pm on Friday, June 20, 2025 may not be featured in print due to production time. Thank you for your understanding and support of PAMIC.

Reserve Your Room
Room reservations can be made through the PAMIC Room Block with Wind Creek Resort at a special rate of $189/night (plus taxes & fees).
The PAMIC Room Block closes on Friday, July 11, 2025.
