In this presentation, the panel will highlight the latest tactics utilized insured’s counsel, contractors and public adjuster as they seek to take advantage of inside property adjusters. This presentation will connect the dots between your claim investigation and how that shapes the outcome of the litigation.

The mutual insurance industry is undeniably a heavily regulated and legislated industry. In this environment, insurance employers and employees alike recognize that decisions made by these officials can impact their success for many years.  This adds an element of responsibility for those in the industry to  be engaged in the political process.  There is no better way to learn about the industry's regulatory climate and to have your voice heard than collectively at PAMIC's Mutual Insurance Day.

Take advantage of this event to update seasoned employees or educate new employees of the ever-changing regulatory environment and how it affects operations.
