Noon - 4 p.m.

This career fair will be held ahead of the 2026 Spring Conference. Students and interns from various institutions will be invited to attend and interact with PAMIC members who reserve a table. This will be a great opportunity to talk to college students moving into their next phase of life about a career in the insurance world. Spaces are limited.

What is Included in Registration?

6ft booth with (2) chairs. Electric is available for an extra fee.
2 exhibitor registrations per booth.
Opportunity to speak to students looking for career opportunities.
Snacks and beverages will be available. Lunch is not provided.
Name badge with Exhibitor identification.

Spring Conference Info

March 11 -12, 2026

Hershey Hotel

Directly following the Career Fair, we will be kicking off the Spring Conference with a Welcome Reception at 5:00 pm at the Hershey Hotel. On Thursday, March 12th, breakfast begins at 8:00 am with Pennsylvania CE credit being offered.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy & Deadline: A refund of the paid exhibit fee minus a $50 administrative fee will be made if cancellation is requested prior to February 11, 2026. Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible for a refund.

Exhibit Set-Up and Details:

Set-Up for exhibitors will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
The Career Fair will run from Noon to 4 p.m.
Booth space is very limited. Each participating company will be provided with one 6ft table. If you have a stand alone or larger exhibit, please contact Cindy Warren at cwarren@pamic.org regarding approval of your display. Oversized booth displays must have prior approval and will incur an additional charge.
The booth spaces is not a secure area. Please do not plan to leave valuables (laptops, money boxes, etc) at your table unattended. PAMIC nor Hershey Country Club is responsible for lost or stolen items.

Available Dates: Tuesday, March 10* & Wednesday, March 11, 2026

Rate: $182 (plus applicable taxes)

Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Rate will not be available after this date.

How to reserve: Click here to reserve your room. Guests who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for PAMIC Spring Conference at The Hotel Hershey, March 11-12, 2026. Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.
