PAMIC is hosting a Mutual Insurance Career Fair on March 11, 2026, at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey, PA. This event offers students a unique opportunity to connect directly with representatives from mutual insurance companies and the businesses that support them. Attendees will learn about a wide range of career paths, explore current job and internship openings, and gain insight into an industry that offers stability, growth, and long-term professional opportunities.  Registration is complimentary, but encouraged.

Room Block Information:

A room block is open for Spring Conference

• Available Dates: Tuesday, March 10* & Wednesday, March 11, 2026
• Rate: $182 (plus applicable taxes)
• Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Rate will not be available after this date. 
• How to reserve: Click here to reserve your room. Guests who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for  PAMIC Spring Conference at The Hotel Hershey, March 11-12, 2026. Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.

*If you would like to book a room for Tuesday, March 10th, please email Cindy Warren as we have very limited rooms available for the night prior to the Career Fair.
