Topics include litigation updates and popular claims trends, making this Conference the most significant claims focused program in the mid-Atlantic region. In 2022, more than 300 claims professionals from Pennsylvania and beyond attended this two day event. Marketing Materials: As a registered exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to place marketing materials in attendee bags handed out at registration. Please mail 250 items to PAMIC at 4999 Louise Drive, Suite 304, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 to arrive no later than March 25th, 2023. Company Descriptions and Logos: As a registered exhibitor, your company's description will be printed in Claims Summit program. Please email a brief description -100 words or less-of your company's services and your company logo to rferris@pamic.org by March 10, 2023. Cancellation Policy & Deadline: A refund of the paid exhibit fee minus a $75 administrative fee will be made if cancellation is requested prior to March 10th, 2023. Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible for a refund.
