Mr. DeMarco has investigated more than 100 stucco clad houses. Mr. DeMarco is the Vice President of Engineering of FCNA Partners, Inc. He is responsible for the engineering oversight of the company and preparation of all engineering documents. He performs engineering investigations and has provided expert testimony on more than sixty occasions. He has been court qualified as an expert in civil engineering, structural engineering, and human factors.
