Employers who sponsor retirement and/or health plans have certain fiduciary duties to the plans and to the plans’ participants and beneficiaries. This webinar provides an overview of plan sponsors’ obligations to retirement and health plans and their participants. The webinar breaks down fiduciary duties under ERISA so that employers can understand what their obligations are on a day-to-day basis and remain in compliance with applicable federal laws. The webinar will also feature a segment about cybersecurity issues that arise for fiduciaries of retirement and health plans.
