IF REGISTERING ADDITIONAL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES: When filling out the registration form, input your information, include any guests who will not be with you at your booth such as children you'll be bringing. If you are including additional booth representatives, click "Add Guest" at the bottom of the form. Enter their information on the next page and click "Done". If you'd like to enter additional booth representatives, repeat these steps. Only four booth representatives will be allowed per booth. How will my booth be assigned?
PAMIC will take 3 things into account when assigning booths:

• Exhibitors that also sponsor the PAMIC Convention will get priority booth placement
• Date of registration will be taken into account when assigning booth placement
• PAMIC Members and companies that have a history of exhibiting with the PAMIC Convention will also receive priority booth placement
• You will receive your booth number by Monday, July 21st via email.

You may ship booth items to the Gaylord National Resort. Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees.

Keynote Speaker: Captain Tammie Jo Shults

Captain Tammie Jo Shults became one of the first female F/A-18 Hornet pilots in the United States Navy. Her duties, before women were allowed into combat roles, encompassed teaching Out Of Control Flight as well as serving as a bogey/bandit against Top Gun students as well as other squadrons, ships or entire carrier groups.

After concluding her Navy career, she flew over forest fires one summer then became a pilot for Southwest Airlines. Tammie Jo’s incredible history and talent received wide acclaim on April 17, 2018, when she successfully landed a Southwest Boeing 737 after an engine exploded at high altitude, causing multiple system failures and a rapid depressurization. The successful landing of Flight 1380 in Philadelphia saved 148 total lives including passengers and crew, as detailed in her National Best Seller book, “Nerves of Steel”.
