It is with great disappointment but necessary precaution that PAMIC leadership has made the decision to officially cancel the 113th Annual Mid-Atlantic Mutual Advantage Convention scheduled for August 9-11, 2020 at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. Health and safety of PAMIC membership and staff is of utmost importance, and our sympathies at this time are with those affected all around the world.
Thank you to the PAMIC Convention Committee including those that participated from surrounding state trade associations in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland, and our exemplary Chairman Mr. David Gautsche. Without your support, PAMIC Conventions would not be possible.
REFUND POLICY: PAMIC will issue 100% of refunds to those that registered as attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors for the Convention in the next few weeks. There is nothing you need to do at this time to receive your refund. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact Lora Sharp at Lsharp@pamic.org.
CONVENTION 2021: Mark your calendars for the next year! Convention in 2021 will take place on August 1st-3rd at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
