This January, PAMIC is partnering with Saul Ewing, Stradley Ronon, and Boenning & Scattergood to bring you the first and only half day Business Transaction Seminar at Harrisburg University of Science & Technology. Hosted in the  State of the Art 14th Floor Auditorium, you’ll learn about the choices you have in corporate transactions, regulatory considerations, and how to finance those transactions while earning 3 CE or CLE credits. After the event ends, choose one of Strawberry Square’s intimate eateries for lunch in a revitalized and rejuvenated atmosphere.  If you are not able to attend the Seminar in person, you can also register to view at your convenience via live webinar.
