According to PAMIC's bylaws, an annual meeting must take place each year. Due to the cancellation of the MAMAC Convention, this year's Annual Meeting and PAC Annual Meeting will take place virtually.
The Annual Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020. This meeting will be immediately followed by the Annual PAC meeting.
Although all members are welcome to attend, please register in advance.

Colonial State Adjusters is a comprehensive claims service provider offering multi-line and independent claims adjusting, and is proud to continue the service we have provided to the insurance industry to our area beginning in 1988.
Company owner, Melanie L. Thomas and previous owner Raymond Thomas have been working together to grow Colonial State Adjusters substantially over the years. Ray has 41 years experience in the claim industry as an auto appraiser, property and casualty adjuster, and on the home office staff with Allstate Insurance as a Property Instructor at their facility in Northbrook, IL and a catastrophe coordinator.
Although many changes have taken place in the industry since 41 years ago, it has been a gratifying experience to see Colonial State Adjusters grow and stay true to its founding principles. Our motto of "Service Second to None" and our pledge of prompt and courteous service remains the cornerstone of the company.

PAMIC membership renewal deadline for the 2020/2021 year is on July 15. PAMIC will reach out to you via email for your renewal invoices. Bundle Administrators may log in to their account online to:

It is with great disappointment but necessary precaution that PAMIC leadership has made the decision to officially cancel the 113th Annual Mid-Atlantic Mutual Advantage Convention scheduled for August 9-11, 2020 at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. Health and safety of PAMIC membership and staff is of utmost importance, and our sympathies at this time are with those affected all around the world.
Thank you to the PAMIC Convention Committee including those that participated from surrounding state trade associations in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland, and our exemplary Chairman Mr. David Gautsche. Without your support, PAMIC Conventions would not be possible.
REFUND POLICY: PAMIC will issue 100% of refunds to those that registered as attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors for the Convention in the next few weeks. CONVENTION 2021: Mark your calendars for the next year! Convention in 2021 will take place on August 1st-3rd at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Last week, Boenning & Scattergood Investment Banking Group hosted a conference call with Stefan Holzberger, Chief Rating Officer of A.M. Best Company, to discuss the rating agency’s latest thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the insurance industry. A.M. Best has been gathering information from all of its rated insurance companies and is stress-testing each company’s capital and liquidity. Bottom line – with the exception of a minority of companies, A.M. Best believes the P&C insurance industry is well-positioned to weather the storm – the rating agency expects few rating changes in the sector. This message is to inform you that the 2020 Claims Summit, originally postponed, is now being cancelled for the year without rescheduled dates. PAMIC is actively working to issue refunds in the next two weeks for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors via check or credit card depending on initial method of payment. These refunds will be 100% of the amounts originally paid. There is nothing you, as a registrant, need to do at this point.
Claims Summit 2021 has been scheduled! Please mark your calendars for April 12th-14th, 2021 at the Wyndham Gettysburg. Registration will open in January 2021.
